My glasses

Can -2 vision be restored?? And how?
Hello All, I have glasses and I hate wearing them. I prefer to not wear them because I feel like they will not improve my vision.
But lately I’ve been wondering if I was wrong, maybe -2 vision can be improved?
Any suggestions and answers?

There's this natural myopia reduction method called Endmyopia-take a look at their page and see if it's suitable for you
Don't know how much it works as I haven't tried it myself yet, but have seen success stories online

I’ve got onto the website and done the quiz. But I don’t know how to get past that progress updates page.
