I was interested in offer a part time job to digital marking students and was wondering if you could advise

Contact the Universities within close or commutable distance to your office and if it's a fully remote job then you don't need to bother with commutable distance. Ask them to advertise the job for you. I know from my University experience we used to have a specific job advert section where companies advertised and we as students could apply. These jobs were not found on your normal recruitment engines like Indeed or Reed.
