I’m really trying but it’s hard
I feel bad for neglecting namaz
Am I a bad Muslim ?

Nobody on TSR can answer on behalf of God.

Remember that islam also teaches that God is beneficent, merciful, just and loving.
There is no reason for you to feel guilty or upset.
Try to focus on all the positive things in your life, all the good things that you do & can do in future to help others and how to achieve your future ambitions.
