So I know that PGCE’s normally run through Sep - July but I’m applying for a program that starts in Jan

Will this be problematic when looking for a job thereafter?

Hello BRZ97

January is as good of a time to start as September - do not let this put you off! Applications for teaching run right through an academic year. However, your University PGCE team and careers team may be able to support you within this transition, if you feel that you may not have enough options.

It may also be good to speak with previous students who have been enrolled on this intake and how they adapted with the January intake cycle.

Have a great weekend!
