I'm a 23 year old virgin, does it matter?
I'm an introverted girl. And all my male friends are over the internet. Never have I ever met a guy, who was attractive, most of the guys I've met, were not my type. But now I'm growing self conscious

Nope, matter of fact, did you know that 29% of people under the age of 30 are not having sex the past year?
Thats a huge increase from around 10% back in 2008.
You can blame social media, hypergamy from women, and a whole lot of range of things etc.
But the virginity rate is so god damn high in teens and early 20s compared to previous decades that now in 2021 being a virgin at age 25 for example is not so much of a ''shock'' as people make it out to be.
Matter of fact, I have several group of friends where half the guys are virgins, compared to women where I would say 1/4 are...
Boys/Men being most affected, however women also have seen an increase in virginity rates, but no where as extreme as men.
Of course we all know dating was always harder for the men compared to women...
