Spare room at Eleanor Rosa House!

Hi everyone, I am looking for a replacement student from one of the UOL universities (UCL, Kings, LSE, Queen Mary etc) to take over my contract in Eleanor Rosa House starting ASAP - September next year. The student accommodation is located in Stratford, London E15. It is a standard en-suite with a shared kitchen (5 people). The accommodation building consists of facilities such as: 24/7 reception, quiet study room, bike storage, common room & lounge, cinema room, common laundrette, games room, sky lounge and a roof garden. As my room is the large single ensuite room, the exact rate is £227.08 per week, with a deposit of £500. DM me/comment if you’re interested!
