Applying for a job

Earlier this year I applied for a part time job at a local supermarket. my mental health wasn’t great then but I thought that getting a job would help me to have something to focus on. I was actually offered the job but I ended up declining their offer because I realised I didn’t have the headspace for work at that moment in time. The supermarket has some vacancies open currently and I want to apply because I feel so much better now and I’d love to have a job. Will the fact that I declined a job offer from them in the past affect my chances now?

I wouldnt think so, but at least if you get an interview and are asked about it you could briefly explain the situation. Its worth a try anyway!
