Have you talked to receptionist at the accommodations or finding the accommodations people from the uni, through email or phone.
Once you find contact info explain you situation and say what you want to do ask questions if you have any and they will help you, pleasr do note that when you leave the accommodations you are still liable for the rent, but if you find somone to take over the tenancy then you will not have to pay.
