Application to Uni of Manchester with Access Course for Oral Health Science?

Hi everyone

I wondered if anyone has applied to or studied at the University of Manchester with an access course as their entry for Oral Health Sciences? (I want be be a Hygiene and Therapist).

I have no levels (regret dropping out of sixth form now...) but I have GCSE all above C and 2 years experience in dental nursing.

Can anyone assure me I have a chance of getting accepted even though I don't have the best qualifications to my name...

I am enrolling into a access course hopefully in the next few days or is this a waste of my time... should I opt to study my levels individually instead?

If you meet the entry requirements - GCSE grades and you are taking the ;right; Access couse - and you can wrire a senseible PS, you have as much chance of an offer as anyone else.
