I'm planning on moving on after being here for 6 months. Working a horrible job and in a place were my prospects and ambitions dont belong. Today the isolation got on top of me. Its the first day of my period and got so anxious. I tried meditating and still anxious. Will it go?

Seek professional mental health help.
Go for a short walks when out off isolation.
Speak to friends and family.
Have you made any friends with colleagues, if you haven't that's fine but maybe try to at lunch..
Binge watch your favorite shoes.
Does you work place encourage mental health talks then I suggest you inform them off how you are feeling.
Find a new job but until then persevere in your current.
