I feel like ****. My anxiety is super high my depression is super low. I’ve just started my third week of college and all I wanna do is sleep.

Sorry to hear that! Beginnings aren't always easy. Definitely reach out to the wellbeing services that are available to you! Some advice I can offer that personally helped me last year is to do something small everyday. Whether it's something that brings you joy, or exercise, just do it everyday. Being able to do that consistently will make you feel like you can do more (and of course you can!), and that feeling will reassure you, making it easier to go about your day to day life.
