I have a party in two days and I just started my period but my period flow is pretty heavy. I am going to wear grey shorts. Is there anything I can do to prevent my period or to make me feel comfortable whilst being at the party. Because I will constantly be changing my tampon as I will have a fear of leaking

Periods..... . I would suggest that you do not wear something that is white, As white clothes are easier to see stains through and if you were to leak, The blood would be noticable. Try wearing something that is darker colored so that the stains will be less visible if you happen to leak,Black tights that are not see through would be a good option, Also black pants. I hope your period goes well and remember that you are not alone :hugs:

Maybe double up pads are not that comfortable to me but maybe put in a pad and a tampon to feel safe - if it really makes you worried don't wear light clothes - as you will probably just feel worried and self conscious all night !
