I achieved a 5 in my maths higher GCSE, however I am unhappy with this result and would like to retake, however I can't find anywhere that accepts people who already passed GCSE maths and doesn't want to do tuition. I would preferably like to retake in January. Anyone know how?

The only options to take GCSE Maths are in November and the Summer. Based on this year's rules, your current 6th form has an obligation to let you take it there this Autumn - have you tried asking them?
