Tips on coming out to “I don’t get it” people

So I’m 20 and Bi. I’ve hated it and kept it hidden for 5 years but I’m tired of that now. I want to express and embrace it but my mother hasn’t been shy in expressing her opinion on Bisexuals.

She said she doesn’t get it, that bisexuals are greedy and you can only love one gender.

Bare in mine my older brother is gay and she’s 100% okay with it. I’ve called her out on her biphobia before which just led to slight arguments.

What’s the best way to go about telling her as I have no idea where to start? Literally any advice is welcomed at this point. I love her but am lost

I would go to my brother but he lives away from home and I don’t feel like it’s a texting topic

It doesn't appear she is against same-sex relationships, but she does sound quite uneducated on bisexuality. Perhaps you need to work on a way of explaining it? Maybe don't even say the label, just say you are attracted to both sexes?
