I had an insurance that started last sat paid about 1900 but yesterday found one for 1600 so I cancelled the other one yesterday also. Right now I’ve got covid so can’t really go anywhere and they said the refund will take 2 to 4 working days. Is it fine to keep the car uninsured it’s just parked up outside my house and then once I receive the refund I’ll pay for the new one .

If it is on your driveway, then you can SORN it, otherwise if it is parked on the road, it needs to be insured at all times
