I am going to be applying for 3 pharmacy courses and 2 physician associate undergrad courses. I am considering doing medicine later on by either taking a gap year or doing postgrad. I want to know which course will be more useful or similar to the medicine course.

A vast majority of people would recommend you don't plan on going into medicine as a graduate. It is hyper competitive. Make sure you pick a course that you'll be happy to get a career in after the course in case your medicine aspirations don't pan out!

As for which would be more relevant, it doesn't realistically matter. Many universities accept people onto their courses without a relevant degree so it shouldn't make much difference what you study beforehand.
