what should my 5 choices for uni be?

I am stuck between applying for pharmacology or geography. I made a personal statement for pharmacology and not one for geography yet, the deadline is 22nd of October.
I want to choose KCL, UCL or Queen Mary but I need safe options too that are still in London because those are all aspirational choices
If you are insistant on staying in London your choices will be very limited. In London you have a few very highly ranked universities and then those much lower. Royal Holloway might be an option but that is miles out as is Reading. Other than that you are looking at universities like City, South Baank, Middlesex and Westminster.

Your UCAS deadline isnt 22 October. Its mid January 2022.
Your school may have set you a ridiculously early deadline but that doesnt meean you have to adher to it - many applicants apply after Christmas and no school is going to deny you the opportunity to apply to Uni. They may prefer that you didnt leave it that late but if you explain that you actually havn't even decided on a subject yet they should see sense.

You do not have to apply this year. Many people are so undecided that they find a gap year helpful - time to think, time to get a job (any job), save some cash and do some travelling (https://www.keadventure.com/). Nowhere does it say you can only apply to Uni straight from school.

thank you, they have gotten more people accepted into Russel group when they sent the applications early off than when they sent them off after, I want to apply within this month to focus on revising but it's harddd

Its a total nonsense - and your school knows that. Unless upi are applying for Oxford, Cambridge or a Vet, Dent or Med degree your deadline is in JANUARY. They have told you this so that you finish your UCAS application early - and so they dont have to deal with it later. That is the *only* reason.

A fundemental part of UCAS is the agreement with all the Universitie about 'equal consideration' - that any applicant applying at ANY time before the Jan deadline will receice exactly the same opportunity of an offer as any other.

This is the information from UCAS - "Applications for all UCAS Undergraduate courses, except those with a 15 October deadline, should arrive at UCAS by 18:00 (UK time) on 26 January. This is our 'equal consideration' deadline, which means course providers must consider all applications received by this time equally." https://www.ucas.com/events/2022-entry-deadline-all-ucas-undergraduate-courses-except-those-15-october-deadline-394811

University of Bath - "Equal consideration’ means we review your application in the same way as all other applications we receive by the deadline, regardless of when each application is received." - https://www.bath.ac.uk/corporate-information/important-dates-for-undergraduate-applicants-starting-in-2022/

UniGuide - "All applications that are received before January's main application deadline will be given 'equal consideration'. This means that it doesn't matter whether you applied at the start of September or right on January deadline day; your application will have an equal chance of success." https://www.theuniguide.co.uk/advice/ucas-application/will-submitting-your-ucas-application-early-give-you-a-better-chance-of-getting-a-place

So - all of these are lying?
