Hi all! I'm taking Math, Chemistry and Physics for my A2 Level, and I have completed my AS Levels in them+Economics and received 4As. I'm planning on applying to study physics at Oxford, Imperial, Southampton, Manchester and either UCL or Edinburgh. For CIE A Levels in India, we have an extra option to do our exams in 3 series, feb-march, may-june and oct-nov. I was planning on taking Math and Physics in Feb and Chem in May as I felt it would give me more breathing room and in the case i mess up horrendously I could retake Math or Physics in May. I remember glimpsing somewhere that Oxford and a few other unis looking down on students taking their exams not in the same exam series. Is this true?
