The page on their website doesn't provide much information on what the "Foundations in physics" lecture course includes.

Literally the first chem lecture of the year covered wavefunctions so I'd be very surprised if physics didn't

This is a bit like asking "will we read books on an English literature degree". It's literally among the first topics you'll study when doing quantum mechanics, which is covered in every physics degree (certainly every IOP accredited one and really every such degree because it's one of the main topics to differentiate it from other similar physical sciences/engineering courses...).
