How do i deal with really social anxiety? I’m a asian girl so my options on socialising are also limited but can someone tell be about their experience or how to go about it and anxiety in general? How did you start off or go out etc? And gain confidence

I'm diagnosed with Generalized anxiety disorder and I only have it because I have been beaten and bullied by family, strangers, and at school. I remember it first started when I was in year 3. I remember walking from school and constantly feeling like everyone is judging me and ever since year 3, my confidence dropped. I am constantly paranoid and I can't be myself around others because I am constantly scared of being judged and abused for being myself. I'm always incredibly tense and i always look visibly scared cause I am. I still suffer with it and it is still extremely bad. I also get triggered by absolutely everything, the tiniest criticism or whatever and my chest tightness is doing madness. I struggle with making friends and anything that requires eye contact and being around others. Nothing has helped. That's my story

I have the greatest tip for you that will benefit you massively.
1) Stop tugging behind the screen so much
2) REALISE THAT EVERYONE ELSE IS AS ****ING NERVOUS AND ANXIOUS AS YOU

This is what turned me from a boy who couldn’t make eye-contact to a man who can now “rock out with his **** out” (figurative speech). I’m 15 BTW.

Im the same honestly i was about to make a thread like this lol.i wish there was a way to get help without having to to a speicalist because ironically dont wanna go coz of my axiety.but ive heard alot of peoply say proffesional help is the best thing u can do

Omg i remember doing that once in like year 1 or was nursury or something lol

Yeah i can imagine,glas u moved on from pissing ur self in class lol.
