I'm happy to take over your studio room student tenancy agreement, if you have already paid the September-January 16 week instalment, before I sign the contract and move in.

It means you are not stuck with the whole rental contract and having to also make the January and April payment, as I will cover the Jan & April payment instalments.

For me it means I get a discount overall on the rental contract.

Win-win scenario.

Move in date: Sept 2021.

Studios or flats where max 2 people share the kitchen.

If it is an en-suite, the accommodation must have a studio to upgrade room to.
