I worked out a lot before uni and continue to do so since getting there; i drink protein shakes too like i did before. however, what i don't do like it did before, is eat as well. before, i could have like 3K-3.2K calories on a good day, usually about 2.8K. Now im lucky if i get to 2.1K. I'm in catered and the food whilst better than what most uni students can make themselves in really not up to standard. can maintain my weight just by going to the gm and weightlifting etc along with my protein shakes?
