alevels / olevels

i have done olevels from city school in 2018 my 3 papers were not cleared then i give that 3 papers again but they were not cleared now iam doing alevels privately i have chemistry , physics , biology, in alevels
my 3 papers of olevels which was not cleared were ENG ,BIO , CHEM
please guide me what should i do iam now working really hard i have done all syllabus done past papers ready for papers am i doing right?
please someone help me iam really tensed i want to do medical only please some experts guide me well
