Have you tried any breathing and grounding techniques before revising? Holding you breath in for three seconds and then gently releasing the air out from slightly open lips. Then move up to holding you breath in for 5 seconds and releasing it slowly again. Look at some Cognitive behavioural therapy techniques on YouTube or google, they really helped me.
I have quite bad anxiety especially while revising, not super bad to the point where i need medical intervention, just the type that makes me shaky and stops me from sleeping. Ive tried lots of things to help and cbd oil is amazing but its so expensive Does anyone know of any calming/stress relieving remedies i can buy in places like boots? I tried bach rescue pastilles but they dont do anything except taste good lol
