Look down these subject lists and check out all the subjects that might interest you - not just the obvious ones, but things like American Studies, Law, Anthropology, Psychology, Neuroscience, Nursing.
Many of these subjects do not have any specific A level subjects requirements - or they are subjects you simply wont be aware of. There will also be joint-subject degrees etc under each heading. Then go to some Uni Open Days (in-person or online) and listen to a wide range of subject talks to finf ot what these subjects are all about at degree level.
