My total score

Essay weight 75%, I scored 55%.

Exam weight 25%, but questions were 30, and I scored 28.

Please what is my total for this module?

kindly show me how you arrive at the answer, I would like to learn the formula please

Convert weighting into a decimal i.e. divide by 100
Then you simply multiple score with weighting and add together.
Convert 28/30 to percentage first = 93.3...%

Then first score is 0.75 * 55
And second is 0.25 x 93.3...

Add together, you get 0.75* 55 + 0.25 * 93.3... = 64.58....

General formula is a*score_1+ b*score_2+c*score_3.... where a, b, c are the weightings as decimals and the scores are the percentages.
