Civil Service Personal Statement
Hi, I am applying for a HEO role within the Department for Education, and am required to write a personal statement outlining how you meet 'the essential criteria listed in the Responsibilities section of the advert'. I've never written one of these before and can only find limited information online. Is there anyone who has written a personal statement for the Civil Service who could provide some advice? Do you structure it based on the essential criteria and use the STAR format? Many thanks for any advice you can give!
