Any goths/metal heads here?

Hey,
I’d love to find some like minded people that love music like I do!
I’ll happily share music and I love recommendations too (:

Not that I have much opportunity to listen to music or go out these days, but yeah I suppose I count.

Bit old school though. My heyday was the late 90s / early to mid 2000s.

Slight shame, but I suppose I listen to music too much for my own good!
Old schools good, I personally prefer older music, 80’s goth music is my favourite type.
What’s ur favourite song/band atm?
My current favourites are type o negative, Bauhaus and taake

I'm kind of eclectic. I don't think I really fit into a specific musical genre.
Alice Cooper
Disturbed
System of a Down
Linkin Park
Guns n Roses
Metallica
Rage Against the Machine
Volbeat
Nightwish
Thunder
Whitesnake

The list goes on and on and on. I do like a bit of 80s hair metal :colondollar: and 90s nu-metal

My husband veers more to the goth side of things. Sisters of Mercy, Type O Negative, Fields of the Nephilim, The Cure... and so on.

Can't believe nobody has mentioned Wayne Hussey and the Mission yet. Great band, Wayne is consistently good

Some real good music there!

I wouldn't call myself a metal head though.

If ye are into black metal (I've seen Taake but cba with them now because I think Hoest is a total bell) then my big ones currently are Kampfar, Shining, Dark Funeral, Fen, Dawn Ray'd, Mgla, and of course, Emperor

haha - I've listened to some great stuff I'd never have otherwise listened to following your posts on What are you listening to now thread X?
Any Rammstein fans?
Three Days Grace and Black Veil Brides are my favourites, I like the odd Peirce the Veil And Falling in reverse song. Paramore is amazing.

I wondered if anyone else went through that playing tracks others had posted. I do it of a night, it's a nice way to kill an hour!
