Hi everyone. I’ve gone to log on to my portal and its blank! There’s nothing on there.. like I never applied?! My current status says… please start your current application!

Has this happened to anyone else?

This has been happening to me the last two days. I then clicked on apply for 2022, and it then asked me to sign in again. This then showed the correct current status of my application.

Mine keeps changing too! before the VI for unlocked it was saying i passed the test and then it changed and said thanks for completing the test and then the VI unlocked! After the VI it said thanks for completing your video, and now it just says ‘Video Interview’ and none of the stages are highlighted! I wonder what it means .. xxx

I guess they must be having some technical glitches. I keep checking everyday now lol, after I saw people posting that they hadn't received emails to say their video interviews had been unlocked. How did you find your video interview? Xx

Hopefully that’s it!🤞🏼! me too haha! I think it went okay? I actually enjoyed the questions to be honest, but that might just be me😂 have you heard back yet? x

Lol you're definitely the first person I've heard say they enjoyed it😂. I haven't heard back on my application yet, Friday will be 10 working days. I'm nervous about the amount of time you have to answer the questions on the VI, but I'll just have to try not to waffle lol xx

just got an email saying they're taking a while to process applications as they've received a very high number so don't worry if yours is taking longer than expected.X

I just looked at my portal and it’s back to normal now. I got invited for the video interview after 13 days of waiting! Im so nervous

well done for video interview ! it is not as bad as you think, positives are it goes very quickly but that's also one of the negatives. DO NOT waffle, just get straight to the point. the questions were i thought as expected, theyre not trying to trip you up. go over the compentencies and im sure you'll do great.Xx

That should be fine - just make sure the lighting is good and you have the iPad propped up in something so you can look directly at the camera and now down at the camera. Good luck!
