Is a BTEC Level 3 Applied Science Extended Diploma worth taking although it's equal to 3 a levels

They'll usually accept BTECs alongside other qualifications such as A-Levels. ... The standard 18-unit extended BTEC level 3 diploma is equivalent to three A-Levels, so plenty of unis will be happy to accept you with this qualification.



What is BTEC Level 3 Applied Science equivalent to.....
The Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Certificate in Applied Science is equivalent in size to 0.5 of an A level. It is intended to be studied by students who have chosen a study programme that may not be focused on science, but for whom an element of science would be complementary.
