In that case try drinking water and eating a cracker or something. Either it will settle your stomach or give you something pretty easy to throw up, especially if you drink lots of water, and either way you’ll feel better. Let us know how it goes.

I ended up going home from uni as I was just so rough yesterday.
I saw a doctor and he just said flu.
But later that day I started getting my legs shaking and shivering and everything.
Threw up when I got home
Ache all over, done a few self diagnosis tests online, all of which seem to think I neeed to go to hospital urgently as I have pneumonia?

Phone your GP or 111 and ask for their advice before just turning up at hospital.

This sounds like flu to me. Paracetamol, sleep, electrolyte drinks. Not much the hospital can/will do for flu if you’re otherwise fine.

Ok well yesterday…went to the doctor again, said chest infection, but go to A and E for a chest x ray to be safe as you look very ill

Got there and turns out I have pneumonia. Now on antibiotics with lots of rest.
