eat little and often, eat calorie dense foods, log your calorie intake
restrict calories two or three times a week and you will automatically feel less hungry on other days too

Do you need to restrain it because you are eating over your daily calorie intake, or for another reason?

Yes, I eat more starch and sugar than before. Gained much weight 🥲 It’s hormonal. The only way to prevent getting fatter is eating less
