like I asked my manager and he said to wear an extra layer. Is this legal

The air con is too cold in my office so I brought a portable mini-heater which I have by my desk. Problem solved. :wizard:

Yes, it's legal. A minimum of 16 degs C (or 13 in an environment where you are physically active) is a suggestion, not requirement. However, an employer has a duty to determine what is comfortable for staff.
