last month i was on a calorie deficit of 1265 calories a day (i am a girl) and i’m into my fitness and weight training i go to the gym x5 a week, have my rest days and cardio. i was loosing 7lbs over 11 days in the beginning and was very happy with that. then i went to a music festivals and ate rubbish for 4 days completely over the calorie deficit and gained 3lbs. when i went back into that same calorie deficit i cant loose any weight at all.
Any advice in how i could loose weight again?

Do you actually need to lose weight? What is your age, height, current and target weight?

Do you mean a calorie deficit of 1265 or is that the no of calories you are eating? Either way, far too low and you need to consider the nutrition for your body.

Losing 7lbs in 11 days is extremely unhealthy. You should be aiming for up to 2lbs a week.
