Could someone help with identifying the differences between business-to-business contracts and business-to-consumer contracts?
In business-to-business contracts, do both parties need to be in the same trade as each other? And in business-to-consumer contracts, does the consumer have to be independent or can they contract as business with a trader who is in a different trade?
