How would I reference an archived PDF in Harvard Style?

I'm quite confident referencing books, journal articles and websites, but a bit unsure about something like this (An archived PDF). Any help would be brilliant.

Hey @shine_on67,

First off, I'd definitely advise looking at your university library website, as they'll often have guidance on referencing that's specific to your uni. I'd also advise emails to tutors/ lecturers/ study support would be well worth a go if you're feeling concerned about how to reference something like this!

For PDFs, generally referencing will often work to what the contents are- for example, if it's an archived book chapter, you would reference it as you would an eBook, quoting the PDF as where it is available to access. You can also reference them as a webpage, remembering to put the date accessed, in case it's placement changes after your assignment is submitted.
Again, check the resources available from your university for referencing- I know my uni uses cite them right online as a dedicated webpage for advice so perhaps there's something like this that could reassure you?

Hope that helps

Id reference it as a report.
