Hi, so i’m pretty much set on leaving the country to teach abroad in South Korea after I graduate. I had planned to get my TEFL certificate before I reached third year but due to certain circumstances here I am still not having it. I know that final year is going to be stressful especially with my dissertation and stuff but i really want to get my tefl so i can start applying to jobs abroad by January.

Do you think it’s possible to balance both of these?

Hi sorry it's a bit late but I'm doing a TEFL course whilst in my third and final year of uni. To be honest it's not too much of an additional workload it's just that my notetaking skills are terribly slow. If you don't feel too bogged down right now and have around 30 minutes spare each day you could easily get a 120-hour course done by December. Also my course provider does give an option to download the study material so that may be of interest to you.
