Have you ever wondered,
why the sky is blue?
Yes, because you've never wandered,
through the forest nude.

Not the nude of you I add
but instead the nude of day,
when daylight goes a'missing
and the shadows come to stay.

Have you ever eaten,
a thing that hardens life?
Did you ever speak to
a damsel feigning strife?

I have you know,
I've done these things,
so respect me little blight
or I will send these poison
fruits to your dinner one night!

Of course, I'm only joking.
I'd never do that thing,
I'd never curse a son of man
nor sing dark hymns to him.

I'll bring you peace
but it comes as dark
I warn you now
of the solemn spark.

Some men will haunt your days
some others hurt your night,
but there's nothing they can take from you
if you honour what is right.
