What you sayin
You're looking kind of "fine" I don't like that word
Babes, baby, sweetheart, darling, honey anything like that. I'd rather my partner or a sexy woman or man to call me by my name, it's more intimate for me.
Blud
Fam. Even tho I catch myself using it sometimes, I don't like when others say it but I like it when I say it
Chille
It's ____ for me

Mom. Unless you're a Brummie, it's an order of magnitude more annoying that anything else for me. Other irritating Americanisms which make too frequent an appearance on TSR: dorm(s), high school, sophomore, classes (for lectures), feds (for police), truck (for lorry)...
I actually went to a 'Catholic Community High School'.

About half the schools here have 'high school' in their name!

Overusing the word 'aesthetic' as an adjective to describe anything they like the look of.

Not forming a proper adjectival form, for example by saying 'that's cringe' rather than 'that's cringeworthy'.

I should have been more careful phrasing that. I don't mind a High School when it's a High School; it's when people refer to their secondary school as a High School, as separate from their Elementary School that I have an issue.

I'll have some Black Bush, and then I won't give a ****, tbf.

Yes, that objection applies. I didn't know it was a 'thing' until I was in my twenties, actually - there are so many 'xxx High School' here that I assumed 'twas always thus
