I've had inconsistent twitching all over my body for almost a year now and i'm starting to get really concerned. I've been the GP several times and done all sorts of blood tests, ecgs and chest exams they've found nothing but the symptoms continue. I don't have the best of sleep schedules and i'm not sure if it's my diet. I don't know if it's something small like lacking vitamin b-12 or if it's serious like the start of Young ALS i'm only 21.

Don’t be ridiculous. If it was ALS then they’d be able to detect it most likely and it’s terminal so there’d be no point worrying. It could be Tourette’s or just a tic. Probably not something physical if they can’t find anything. That or your brain is making it up for no reason, which does happen more often than you’d think.

What can I do about it I keep worrying and searching up on google when it happens for more than 30 seconds? It's really annoying

What has your GP suggested is the cause? I would go back to speak to them again and specifically voice what you are worried about (perhaps they just haven't communicated clearly enough why they are not worried about something like ALS and speaking to them again might put your mind at ease?). If you are still worried, you could see another GP for a second opinion or ask to be referred to a specialist.
