How to stop feeling and being awkward ??Watch
Almost every interaction I have with a stranger I feel very awkward and embarrassed. I don’t know what to respond sometimes and I feel overwhelmed . Can anyone relate to this and is there hope to improve and finally feel comfortable in social situations ??
I feel with people who have social anxiety or something else they think "people will laugh" at them if they say something. We just have to stop caring about what other people think..so before we speak usually in our head "xyz will be running through where you're thinking oh that's silly too say etc"
So what we need to do is stop thinking or overthinking simple tasks like speaking to strangers or colleagues or friends or family. We have to just be open I know it's hard but worth a try.
