I was rejected from a few Universities last year, can I apply to them all again?
Also can I add more than 5 universities to my UCAS?

Yes you can apply to any Uni again this year.
No you cant add more than 5 choices.

Yep, that’s absolutely allowed, but you’re only allowed 5 choices

Nope it’s not possible unfortunately

I’m pretty sure if you get rejected or something, you can use UCAS extra to add more choices but initially it has to be 5.
