Home fee status or International fee status?

I lived in the U.K. from 2006 to 2014 until I left to go study abroad for 5 years. I have an ILR.
The university course I have applied for starts on the 1st of September 2022 but I arrived in the U.K. on the 4th of September 2019.
Am I eligible for the Home-Fee status?

Student finance England don’t assess your fee status.

That will be done by your universities following government regulations. Ukcisa has an explanation of the regulations and a student advice line. Ring up ukcisa for specialist advice on your fee eligibility.
