I’m 5’7 and used to be 245 (111kg) and I am now 205lb (93kg). I want to continue to lose weight and I want to be 130lb if not lower. However, my boobs sag a little already and I’m really scared they’re going to continue to sag and get flat and have a deflated look. This isn’t going to stop me from losing weight, but they are something I am very insecure about and it’s really demotivating. Do you think they’re going to get saggier and is there anything I can do to prevent this? I know surgery is always an option if I really don’t like how I look but it’s not really something I’m keen on. Someone please help !!

Unfortunately, they probably will. You could try a firming moisturiser but it is unlikely to make a huge amount of difference.

Aim for a weight you look good at, not an arbitrary number.

With that said there’s really nothing you can do about your boobs. They will probably look like spaniel’s ears after such a huge weightloss. Get a good bra.
