Hi,
Glad to hear you are all applying to Queen's. From memory when I was applying to university for my undergrad all of my confirmations and offers came through UCAS track before I heard from any of the universities directly. Your UCAS track should have the status of all your applications. I understand it is frustrating waiting to hear but these things do take time.
