5km for 30 minutes is really good! This is pretty much my pace, and I do distance running (think marathons and ultras). Well done you, and keep it up

Thanks man! I’m down to 75kg now.
I remember how fat I used to be and I hated those love handles. At the moment, my pace is 5km in 23 minutes. A big improvement. But for the past week or two, it’s becoming incredibly hard to break this time and distance.

Still got some fat left to lose so yeah…hopefully I can get down to 70kg by August.
Hi, I am 5'11 - I weigh 108kg and I have done 5k in 32:26 seconds? Is this good? Ok? Bad?
There is no good and there is no bad. There is only room for improvement.

I heard that walking is better than running. I don't know the reason but one my friend suggest me.

Probably cause you're more likely to stick with it, its easier, and youre less likely to get injured. Walking at a reasonable pace, at an incline is ideal as youre not over exerting yet it raises your heart rate to a greater level than walking on a flat surface.
But Running is more enjoyable, for me at least
