Hi

All my friends have gone off to university, and i’m retaking my A levels by self studying at home as i didn’t get the grades this year for my offer.

Everything’s fine when i’m studying but once i’m finished i just feel kind of blank and empty. i don’t have any friends atm to meet up with, and my online friends don’t reply for ages as they’re obviously busy with uni work.

i don’t really know what to do / how to make or meet new friends around me. 🙁

Maybe join a Facebook group, join a club, immerse yourself with a hobby, go to the library, look around your area etc.

Why don't you reward yourself with a weekend visit to one of your friends at uni. It's not because they've moved away that they have forgotten you. On the contrary, even if they won't admit it, quite a few first year students are feeling homesick and you coming to see them will do them good as well. (This could also be used as an excuse to visit one of your UCAS choices if you already have a friend there) Set yourself work goals and if you achieve them reward yourself.
