Leaving grad scheme before starting
Hello, I have a grad scheme offer for a big 4 firm. I'm in my final year of undergraduate with no other jobs lined up.
Hence, I was thinking of deferring my offer, and get a master's then apply for IB roles. However, if I find another job which is better what are the consequences if I leave the contract for the grad scheme after accepting?
