Incomplete and application will be processed in due course

I applied by paper about 3 weeks ago because it wouldn’t allow me to apply online , it says my application is incomplete and also will be processed in due course. I haven’t been contacted to tell me if I need to send anymore evidence and I’m just very worried something is wrong however when I have called the people on the phone don’t know why it says that on my application . Someone please help 😊
