Red light camera

Driving 37mph the suddenly the lights went to amber seconds before I crossed, realised there was a red light camera(gatso) behind me, I didn’t see no flash. Couldn’t stop otherwise could of caused a crash. Will I get a fine and points ?
It’s not an offence to drive through an amber?

It can be.

Here's what the Highway Code says:

Rule 175

You MUST stop behind the white ‘Stop’ line across your side of the road unless the light is green. If the amber light appears you may go on only if you have already crossed the stop line or are so close to it that to stop might cause a collision.

I went over just as it went amber as otherwise I would of caused a crashed but it was a gatso red light camera. Would I know if I got flash as it was early morning. I Didn’t see no bright flash
